Cancellation Policy - monthly subscription classes - Karate/Tumbling

If you wish to cancel your monthly-billed class, you must notify us in writing to hello@thehivelookout.com before the 25th of the month in order to have your billing cancellation go into effect for the following month.Cancellation must be received in writing to hello@thehivelookout.com

Cancellation Policy -Multi-Week Session Classes (Dance/Art etc)

If you cancel 72 hours or more before the first class takes place, you will receive a full refund minus $25. If you cancel later than 48 hours before the first class has taken place but before the second, you will receive a 25% refund. If you cancel after the second class has taken place, your fee is nonrefundable.

All youth classes finish in May before Memorial Day, in line with the end of the school year. Afternoon dance ends with the recital on May 15th. Pixie Dust, Tumbling, Karate, and Ukulele finish on May 18th-20th.

Karate will continue with a summer option which is a separate registration.

Youth classes will return in August! Class registrations will be posted in early July. If you are a current (still enrolled in May) dance or tumbling family, you will receive a communication via the Band App in late June giving you direct access to registration before it is posted publicly in June. Please make sure your notifications are on. Spaces will not be held in the classes beyond the posted dates, and personal/individualized emails and text messages will not be sent.

If a class session is canceled due to weather or instructor illness - makeup classes are not guaranteed
