Cancellation Policy - monthly subscription classes - Karate/Tumbling
If you wish to cancel your monthly-billed class, you must notify us in writing to hello@thehivelookout.com before the 25th of the month in order to have your billing cancellation go into effect for the following month.Cancellation must be received in writing to hello@thehivelookout.com
Cancellation Policy -Multi-Week Session Classes (Dance/Art/Guitar etc)
If you cancel 72 hours or more before the first class takes place, you will receive a full refund minus $25. If you cancel later than 48 hours before the first class has taken place but before the second, you will receive a 25% refund. If you cancel after the second class has taken place, your fee is nonrefundable.
Karate & Tumbling- Recurring Monthly Billing on the 1st of the month. Must cancel by 25th of the month for following month
All other classes run for a certain number of weeks with a defined start and end date, and are billed one time at registration.
